Estimated shipping times
North America : 2 – 5 business days
Europe : 6 – 10 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can’t guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
-Custom or personalized orders
-Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that the inscriptions sizes may slightly vary based on the wording, the font… However, we will do our best to keep the size variation negligible.
All custom orders sale are final after our 24-hour cancellation policy. Custom items are made just for you, so, we do not accept returns on or give refunds. We provide detailed descriptions of our items. Please read carefully what you are buying (the measurements, color and what it’s made with).
We do accept return and refund on non custom items. Please refer to our policy.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your order. Our ultimate goal is for you to be happy with your purchase, and we strive for customer satisfaction.
If for any reason the item you purchased arrives damaged:
-Contact us with a photo of the damaged piece, packaging, and phone number within 48 hours of receipt.
-Do not discard the box or packing. UPS may want to inspect the package.
-There are no refunds for damaged items, only replacements.
-Replacement items can be sent at the discretion of OVA Design & Decor and are dealt with on a case by case basis.
Orders placed will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after being paid for. Custom orders may take longer depending on how elaborate they are, but 99% of the time all our orders go out within 2-4 business days from the time the order was paid for.
International shipments may incur additional import taxes. We have no control over this, so please check with your local postal office before ordering so there are no surprises.

Once item is accepted into USPS system we are no longer liable for date of delivery.

To fulfill your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering. You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order, for example) if you contact us directly.

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the contact information below.
Change, restrict, delete. You may also have rights to change, restrict our use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where we are required to store data for legal reasons), we will generally delete your personal information upon request.
Object. You can object to
(i) our processing of some of your information based on our legitimate interests and
(ii) receiving marketing messages from us after providing your express consent to receive them.
In such cases, we will delete your personal information unless we have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about our use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
